HappySoapMaker.com Handmade soap #review

A wonderful handmade soap!

I’ve been looking for handmade soap for a while now.  I finally came across HappySoapMaker.com and am glad that I did.  They have been very helpful in knowing exactly what I need for my skin and hair issues.

I have a teenager that suffers from acne.  My husband has the world’s worse case of dandruff.  And to top if off, my skin has to be the driest of anyone’s I’ve ever known.

Their items are made by hand and come in decent sizes for it to last longer than what you buy over the counter!  They are easy to use.

The square bar is the handmade soap.  This is an unscented bar of soap.  I love the way my skin feels after using this.  It helps to make the skin softer and it doesn’t leave residue on my skin at all.

Here is the description of it from the site:

This all natural unscented beneficial bar of soap is great for all types of skin, especially for sensitive and oily.

Bentonite clay and Activated Charcoal work together to draw out toxins, blackheads and dirt from your pores like a magnet to leave your skin fresh and clean. You will feel a difference the first time you use it. Can be used as a face or body soap.

The top layer contains Rose Kaolin clay and Luffa powder which provides mild exfoliation properties.

There is large amount of Olive Oil which is extremely mild and moisturizing while still being very cleansing. This formula is carefully chosen to be the perfect balance of ingredients that make a creamy lather, leaving your skin silky soft.
– Olive oil is good for skin cell regeneration. It has not undergone any processing other than washing, decanting, and filtering. It is high in oleic acid. Good for skin cell regeneration
– Coconut oil is rich in lauric acid.
– Palm oil is the largest natural source of tocotrienol, part of the Vitamin E family
– Castor Oil is rich in fatty acids. Acts as a humectants in soaps.
– Soybean oil helps to hydrate and protects skin cells, replenishes the lipid barrier to help hold in the skins intrinsic moisture while softening dry, chaffed and damaged skin.

This is the shampoo bar that is made from coconut oil, tamanu oil, avocado oil, sweet almond oil, chamomile, calendula infused with distilled water, sodium hydroxide, citric acid, hydrolyzed silk, yolk, tea tree and eucalyptus essential oils.  It comes in a 5 ounce bar.  This is to help bring out highlights in blonde hair and add sheen to dark hair.  Tea Tree Essential Oil has powerful antiseptic and anti-bacterial properties that help enhance our shampoo’s abilities to effectively tame dermatitis, itchy-flaky scalp conditions (why I got it for my husband) and may also stimulate hair growth!

My thoughts:

I’ve enjoyed using these products.  I will certainly be looking into their other items as well!  I do recommend these.  If you have any ailments as far as skin conditions go, I recommend talking to them.  They were a huge help in with pointing me in the right direction to find what would be suit my needs.
