The Spirit of God is a very beautifully illustrated Bible for children.  The images are very beautiful and colorful for smaller children.  I love that they are well done and very cartoon-like.

However, once you get into the book, I was very disappointed.  There is something that I didn’t want my children to have embedded into the little brains in their heads.

In The Spirit of God,  Bible, it tells some stories make things sound as children would concept as wrong.  For instance, the story of Joseph.  The story makes him out to have a giant ego about the dreams that he had.  Joseph wasn’t arrogant.

According to many other stories, things were made out to be where it sounded different than what has actually been in the Bible for ages.

Other than this, I really don’t want to say anything else.  There is nothing I can say that will make this review any better.
