Japanese Matcha green tea presents a lot of great benefits, including weight loss assistance, healthier skin, improved metabolism, and much more. However, not everyone is a fan of green tea. There is no need to miss out on the benefits if this applies to you, as there are many different ways you can get your Matcha fix, as you will discover below. 

Let’s begin with Matcha muffins. After all, who doesn’t love this baked treat? The recipe we are going to give you makes 18 muffins. You will need the following; 175 milk, 5g Matcha tea, four tbsp. of melted butter, two eggs, two tbsp. of baking powder, ¾ tsp. of salt, 67g of sugar, and 280g of self-raising flour. Start by preheating the oven to Gas Mark 7 / 210C. After which, grab a large mixing bowl and sift the Matcha powder, baking powder, sugar, salt, and flour. In another bowl, beat the eggs, and add the melted butter, and then the milk. Combine the two liquids into the one bowl and mix. After this, spoon the mixture into a muffin tray. Bake in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes. Another delicious recipe is the iced Matcha latte. For this, you will need 1g of Matcha tea, 50ml hot water, four ice cubes, and 200ml of cold milk. Add 50ml of hot water to a glass, and then add the Matcha powder. After this, whisk until it is frothy. Add the cold milk and stir. Finish off by adding the ice cubes and grabbing a straw to drink.
